Carmunity

Car.munity is a service concept which brings car owners together with people who don't have a car.

Most car owners do not use their car all the time while people who don't own a car still sometimes need one e.g. for the transport of big things or to do their shopping. Car.munity is a platform on which both parties can register. Everyone pays a small membership fee in return they receive the organisation, financial management and the insurance of the cars. When people rent a car they pay the renting fees Car.munity to the car owners. Every registered vehicle is receives a GPS advice. An advantage to conventional carsharing companies is that no cars have to be bought and people learn to share their possessions.
